thanks for your feedback. IMO, it’s an ethical question, that age shouldn’t play a role in the evaluation process in a job interview – only the experience/professional quality and the personality of the applicant.
A >good< company won’t turn down anyone just because being 55. And intelligent people definitely won’t say „this old guy is messing around” – more like happy to see the diversity on their team.
So I’d say your age should not be something that holds you back. Hope you will find your dreamjob soon!
